One of the best things I did for my toddler {besides the obvious clothing, feeding, and loving} was buy several costumes at our local party store. He loves being a pirate, king, dinosaur, cowboy, or {my personal favorite} Mommy's hero.

Back to School
Welcome back! I've changed grades again and for those who know me well, I know you are not surprised. I love changes. They are getting more difficult as I "mature" with age. But I still love the rush of starting something new. This year I'm starting a new grade with new curriculum, new technology, new team members, all in a BRAND NEW BUILDING. It's exciting and exhausting.
My baby is now not a baby. He's a toddler. He's a mobile toddler. I love being a mommy. It's the best job you could ever have. It's work, don't let anyone fool you. It's hard labor. But it's all worth it. The pay is in hugs and kisses and it's the best payment I could have ever received.

Three More Days
Only 3 more days until we pack up the car and the baby and head out east. I'm excited to see family, but I wonder if the trip will be as relaxing now that I have another schedule to keep: bed, bath, feedings, nap, play...diapers. Well, maybe I'll have help with the diaper part. I'm excited to see Ike react at Christmas. Mom said she bought an Elmo doll for Ike and that's all. But everytime I call she's wrapping. Hmmm.....

Wii Fit
Today I love my Wii fit. It told me I only have 6 more pounds until I reach my prepregnancy weight! Yahooo!! Now if I can hold out through the holidays, I may actually be there by 2010..that would be my Christmas miracle.
